  • Use this form for: Coastal Roots, Common Ground Relief, CRCL, Lantern Light, LOOP Nola, M.E.S.S. Lab, and Woodlands Conservancy

    Ready-to-Go service award recipients must complete an end of project. Expenditure Report that summarizes the service learning project and accounts for funds awarded and spent. The 2025-2026 Report is due within
    30 days of project demonstration, but no later than May 4, 2026.

  • Any changes made to a Service Learning Award (i.e. – budget, service partner, or curriculum) must be approved BEFORE the changes are made. Click on the title to access the form to request approval of changes.

  • WWII Museum Incentive Field Trip: How to Apply

    Grades 5–12: Apply directly through The National WWII Museum.
    Grades K–4: Complete the Incentive Application Form available on the STEM Library Lab website.

  • GLNO Rain Barrel Participants should complete their end-of-project report within 30 days of returning the completed rain barrels to GLNO. The report helps gauge program impact and program satisfaction.

  • Some award recipients have been selected to complete a mid-project report summarizing their project’s progress. For the selected recipients, the report is due before or on Friday, December 8, 2025, unless otherwise stated in the award agreement.

  • **CERF Incentive Field Trip**

    Explore Louisiana’s coastal wetlands at LSU New Orleans’s Coastal Education and Research Facility (CERF). Students investigate water quality, observe wetland plants and animals, and explore the marsh by canoe, weather permitting.

    Available to Service Learning classes in grades 6–12 that complete an environmental science-focused project before their visit. Trips take place Fridays only, with up to 25 students. Program costs are covered; transportation is not included.

    Proposed availability: October 4, 2026–April 30, 2027.
