This pre-packaged Service Learning Field Trip to Woodlands Conservancy in Belle Chasse, LA is aligned with Louisiana science standards for grades 8-12. Students will learn the part that forested wetlands play in storm mitigation and will be planting native trees in a designated restoration area.
