Phenomenon Question: How do plants and Animals survive in different environments?
The Communities of Practice workshop for December will focus on traits, adaptations, and both internal and external parts that help animals and plants survive in a particular or changing ecosystem. The workshop will use materials from the Equipment Lending Co-op to demonstrate and analyze adaptations that help an organism survive, thrive, and reproduce. We will study our collection of animal bones and skulls, animal specimens and x- rays to analyze animal adaptations such as camouflage, mimicry, defenses, and more.
